GenePattern is a powerful genomic analysis platform, developed by the Broad Institute, which provides access to more than 100 tools for:
- gene expression analysis,
- proteomics,
- SNP analysis,
- and common data processing tasks.
This web-based drag and drop platform lets inexperienced users benefit from a wealth of statistical and visualization tools. GenePattern also provides a programmatic interface that makes all analysis modules available to computational biologists and developers from Java, MATLAB, and R/bioconductor.
